Design ideas for 6 year old girl's bedroom
We designed a large sliding door wardrobe to cover a wall that had different setbacks, creating storage of different depths to accommodate clothes and clutter, with a fun blackboard and large mirror on the front of the doors, and stripes of white and woodgrain to tie in with other elements in the room.
We added a bunk bed with integrated bookshelves, and a simple Ikea desk was used to fill the well-lit corner next to the window.
The result
The result was a fun, light and airy space which our daughter loves to spend time in on her own or with friends ‘and a place for everything and everything in its place’ which keeps her parents happy too!
